All Four Officers Involved in George Floyd Case Arrested on Second & Third Degree Murder Charges

Thomas Lane, J. Alexander Kueng, Tou Thao, & Derek Chauvin have been arrested on second & third degree murder charges. A graphic video of #GeorgeFloyd has been circulating the internet and we choose not to share it because of its triggering content however, here a video moments before his death that exposes the police officers unlawfully gang beating George Floyd before they pinned him to the ground by his neck. This would then be the cause of his death by officer Derek Chauvin. Chauvin currently faces second degree murder charges and his accomplices face third degree murder charges.

#JusticeForFloyd is a movement that gained momentum by members of the African American community that was implemented in many forms from protests gathering by the thousands, petitions and social media black outs

Many celebrities expressed their sentiments and stance on the case from Rihanna to Beyonce but, it is going to take more than a social media post to address the issue of police and militant brutality in America.
