LVMH Shys Away From Buying Tiffany & Co for $16.2 Billion

According to CNN Business this would have been the biggest luxury goods deal in history! On Wednesday LVMH announced that it would no longer be able to complete their $16.2B deal because of "a succession of events which undermine the acquisition"
