Just two days after losing her appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), Caster Semenya won her 800 metres race at the Diamond League meeting in Doha. This will probably be her last race unless she agrees to take hormone therapy to reduce the testosterone levels that are naturally produced in her body. So what does this mean for the future of sport?
