Siddi: The Removed African Tribe Brought to India through Colonialism Making Their Own Heritage

During the 20th century a group of Bantu people from East Africa were relocated to India by the British Regime to work as slaves. As soon as they arrived in India the Bantu people ran away from the ships into the forests of India where they now reside, they are called Siddi people which means the enlightened ones.
