The Carters at the Superbowl 2020 Highlights

Blue Ivy made her first appearance since 2019 looking like the future president that she is. Then white America was PRESSED about The Carters not standing up during the national anthem but the symbolism has nothing to do with patriotism and moreso standing by Colin Kaepernick. So what's the tea? In 2019 Kapernick started the #TakeaKnee movement in which he stated “I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of colour,” Kaepernick said in a press conference after first sitting out during the anthem. “To me, this is bigger than football, and it would be selfish on my part to look the other way. There are bodies in the street and people getting paid leave and getting away with murder.”
