4 Countries will be opening their borders on 1 October many of which had been on lockdown since March due to the pandemic. According to Forbes the list includes South Africa, St. Kitts and Nevis, Thailand and Peru. President Cyril Ramaphosa announced South Africa will open borders to incoming and outgoing passengers only if travellers possessed a negative Sars-Cov-2 test that is less than 72 hours old. Open airports will be the international O.R Tambo, Cape Town and King Shaka.
