At first glance the video offended me as an African from the exotification of cultural or tribal life within the content but, once I shut my eyes and actually listened to the message of the song we got love, love, love I began to remember why Teyana Taylor is one of the most underrated pop icons of the culture beyond her appearance on Kanye's Fade (2016). What better way to certify legendary status than a poetic feature from Ms. Lauryn Hill. It's a thumbs up from me!
